Every other Friday afternoon we will enjoy an event related to Latin America Culture. Every session will be guided by a professional instructor in the field. All workshops are free for students. Among the planned activities we count:

Language Exchange
Our Saturday Morning Language Exchange provides the perfect opportunity for you to practice your conversational skills in a realistic environment and with native speakers.
It involves several people whose native language is English and several people whose native language is Spanish. We get together so that the former can practice Spanish and the later can practice English.
The sessions are guided by one of our bilingual teachers, who propose the activities and conversation topics.
Apart from the language learning, the sessions bring an excellent opportunity to meet and interrelate with local people while experiencing and gaining an insight into aspects of Ecuadorian culture and Cuenca local life.
Also, every two months, we go hiking with the Language Exchange group and take our speaking activities outdoors. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy nature, explore the mountains surrounding Cuenca, practice Spanish/English, and make new friends along the way.
